What methods of payment do you accept?
Unfortunately, at present international situation we don't know how to get money from abroad.

We are very sorry. We have goods but we can't sell them to you.
How much does international delivery cost?
We offer the worldwide free international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We garantee that your order will be sent maximum in 5 business days after the payment.

Normally, before COVID crisis, shipping time for all international packages from Russia was about 30 days.

Under the circumstances, the shipping could take longer, up to 60-75 days for Europe and 75-90 days for USA and Canada, but last package came to USA in 23 days after buyer's payment.

At what temperature can I wear your boots?
We have two different kinds of footwear in our product range.

Buying "mukluks" you get footwear for colder weather. Comfort outside temperature for most of our models is between -14F -40F (-10C -40C), some models are warm at -75F (-60C) or even when it's colder.

Choosing "boots" you buy footwear for medium winter temperatures about 32F -4F (0C -20C).
